I've lost my registration code. Where can I get it again ?
For customers from Pocketland, due to the way they handle the orders, there is no serial number recovery page on the website. You can either contact PocketLand/Pdassi or contact us by giving your name and your order number.
How to upgrade to a newer version of my application ?
Please first read our upgrade policy.
If it is a minor upgrade, the upgrade is free. We advice you to uninstall the previous version first before installing the new one
My application doesn't start. Why ?
A common issue is that you do not have the Compact Framework installed on your device. In general, the needed version is the Compact Framework 2. To be sure, please check the requirements of the concerned product in the overview or download page
. If it is another issue, please look at the support page for product, in the community forum or contact us.
How do I check the version of the Compact Framework installed in my device ?
The most realiable way to do this is to open your device file explorer, then go in the Windows folder and run the small executable cgacutil.exe. After that a popup should appear with the versions of .NET CF installed on your device.
